Organized under the umbrella of IFIP Working Groups 13.4/2.7 on User Interface Engineering, the workshop highlighted the group’s ongoing commitment to advancing methods, tools, and practices for designing usable, reliable, and human-centered interactive systems in the age of AI.
The program featured a set of accepted contributions presented during short talks, where authors discussed application domains, AI technologies, interaction design, and key engineering challenges. These presentations fed into interactive sessions focused on identifying recurring problems, lessons learned, and future research directions through collaborative discussions.
Overall, the workshop provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration, contributing to the definition of a research agenda at the intersection of human-centered design and AI-driven systems.
